Romesco Sauce

Smoky and complex with a bit of heat - thick sauce made with roasted sweet peppers, tomatoes, almonds & hazelnuts - yum!
Versatile sauce, one of my favorites.
Try it on shrimp or chicken, with eggs, grilled vegetables, add it to pasta sauce for depth of flavor.
