Prospect Jam Co. is an Ohio-based artisan preserve company specializing in a variety of jam and marmalade with a focus on seasonal and intentionally unique flavors while promoting creativity & collaboration.

PJco preserves are handcrafted and produced in copper pots 15-25 jars at a time crafted in the traditional French method. This process lends a rich, fruit-forward spreadable preserve bursting with flavor. Each preserve is hand-crafted with care, set with natural pectin derived from the fruit itself, containing less sugar than common commercial spreads, and made without added preservatives. We find value in supporting our local economy and agriculture by sourcing Ohio-grown ingredients from regional farms as well as collaborating with local businesses throughout the state. (Recently celebrating formal collaborations with The Chef’s Garden in Huron, Watershed Distillery & Middle West Spirits in Columbus, and MadTree Brewery in Cincinnati.)

Prospect Jam Co. was motivated by an enchantment for the relationship between ingredients and the process of making but it quickly became about creating intentional experiences & connections in homes and on the table. We hope these copper-crafted preserves create experiences that spark connection and conversation within communities, beyond toast.
