Sumatra Mandheling

This dark roast imparts a bold flavor and heavy body. It has a low acidity but maintains a strong earthy, cedar flavor typical of many Sumatran coffees. The darker roast brings out a smoky flavor, well matched to its cedar and floral notes giving a leathery/bbq aroma. This coffee is good in almost any brew method, including espresso.
