The Java Kayumas Taman Dadar is a perfect example of a high-quality Indonesian coffee, featuring the geographically unique peat moss flavor along with the coveted clay notes. There are subtle hints of a citrus peel acidity and cocoa powder. These flavors combine to form an intense, complex, and enjoyable cup. We recommend this be brewed with a pour over, french press, or any standard drip pot. We found it to be too intense for espresso.
