Description
This coffee is a specialty grade (GR1) coffee from Mount Kayon Coffee Farm in the Guji zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. It has a heavy body and strong stonefruit notes. The bean size varies wildly, but still maintains a balanced flavor. We recommend this coffee be brewed using a pour over, French press, or other steeping methods.
