The Celiac Epicurean

The Celiac Epicurean is a 100 % dedicated Gluten Free Food Truck. Our Chef and Staff have 20 plus years in the food service industry. I became sick in 2009 with Celiac disease and I became very anti social because when we would go out there was nothing I could have. I know I wasn't the only person whom felt like this so in 2015 I began building our food truck. I always source the freshest ingredients from local farmers markets and work with local vendors as much as possible. I call my food the cheat truck because here we have the comforts of food that we used to remember before getting sick . We always have from a wrap to a dessert on our truck and it is always gluten free.
