I make relish, jam, and jellies. I have 9 ribbons from the State Fair of Texas. If the jam/jelly is sold at the grocery store I do not make it. Mostly I make combination flavors of jam. I have first place ribbons in Cucumber and Chow-Chow relishes.

Additionally, I sell stained glass suncatchers. Most are under $30. From the State Fair of Texas, I have 5 first place ribbons and one best of show ribbon. While my suncatchers are not as detailed as my state Fair submissions, the quality is the same.

I sell at the Mountain Springs Community Center Market Days, Valley View, the past two years.
