Della Pace is a small company born out of our love for the bounty and beauty of the Italian countryside. We are in collaboration with a small scale, artisanal olive oil producing family in Tuscany to bring you our first project, Della Pace 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Our product promotes sustainable agricultural methods, responsible stewardship of the land, and fair trade prices for our small farmers.
