Canopy Kombucha provides locally brewed, approachable fermented tea. Our products’ balanced flavors can be enjoyed throughout the day - on a crisp hike, during a work break, or as a cocktail mixer.
Created by Derek Wolfe - a Nashville “local” since 1999, father of two quirky red heads, husband, and fermentation perfectionist.
Organic tea and sugar, perfectly fermented with just enough fizz, tart, and sweet, using local produce when in season.
Not currently certified Organic but plan on it in future
