Christina Eve

Hi, I’m Christina Eve. I see sound and paint music. I have synesthesia, a rare neurological phenomenon that involuntarily links senses in the brain. In my case, sound stimulates my visual cortex, so when I hear music I see a unique light and color show.

Most of my artwork depicts what I see when I hear a particular song. I use ink and other fluid media to translate what I hear into visual form so others can see the beauty of sound. Most of what I see and paint is colorful, vibrant, and visually striking. I also create minimal pieces in calm tones as a peaceful contrast to the kaleidoscopic body of work.

Both styles are found in my shop, where you will find originals and prints to fit any space or budget.
