New Boston Beef

New Boston Beef is a grass fed cow-calf operation based in the quiet corner, Thompson, CT. New Boston is the founding name of the village in Thompon, now known as Fabyan. Fabyan Farm was purchased in 1981 as a dairy farm by my parents, and has been home to my business since 2007. My wife and I purchased the farm from my parents in September 2018, and brought home the next generation just a week later. I currently have about 120 moo'ing animals, plus the dog! All my beef is grass fed off over 200 acres of hay ground that I work all season long to produce their feed. They are also antibiotic free and have no added hormones. I am proud to support another family business, Lemays and Sons, in Goffstown, NH that is a USDA inspected processing facility owned and operated by Rick Lemay. I take great pride in what I do, and look forward to providing excellent product for another market season!
