About
New Urban gourmet mushroom farm in Goodlettsville. Our current product list includes Fresh Gourmet mushrooms, mushroom tinctures, mushroom jerky and dried mushrooms. We are present at 3 other farmers markets and looking to expand to other markets, however are interested in every other week at 12 South so that we are still supporting our other Tuesday market. We have a colorful display with professional banners.

Production Practices
Extended Growing Season Antibiotic And Hormone Free
We grow mushrooms year round in a controlled sterile environment. Mushroom production requires a high degree of cleanliness to avoid contaminants that are detrimental to production. We use whole oats and soy hulls in our hardwood substrates, but they are not organic. Because we grow indoors, there is no need for pesticides. We harvest, package and immediately refrigerate our mushrooms for optimal freshness at market. Our tinctures are triple extracted, Alcohol, Water and Critical, which includes a final stage of Pressure Cooking the mushrooms to extract terpenes and beta-glucans effectively. Tasty Tidbits are marinated in various recipes and slow cooked / dried in the oven and then packaged for sale. We are new and we don't have any certifications at this time.

We're a new Urban Mushroom Farm in Goodlettsville, TN. We offer a variety of Oyster Mushrooms, Lions Mane and Shiitake. We enjoy the interactions with our customers and are dedicated to providing them with a variety of products that are not only healthy, but tasty!
