Butternut Squash Muffins

Bright orange organically grown butternut squash chunks are whisked in the creaming process of these treats. Our bakers mix in whole wheat flour, dried fruit, and dark chocolate. A cookie-muffin is what our four-year-old friend calls them as she giggles.
