The first in Nashville to serve Premium Korean egg sandwiches. We use Japanese milk bread for a lighter, fluffier texture. Our sandwich has a mixture of familiar American ingredients such as egg and cheese plus Asian flavors such as the popular Korean beef bulgogi and spicy pork belly. In addition, we also have side items on the menu such as musubi and a unique dish with sous vide potato purée and egg in a jar.
