Sean is the chef and owner of taiim shack mobile. After being a partner and general manager of Train falafel shack in Hastings on Hudson he decided to strike out away from the brick and mortar model and focus on creativity and direct sales of Farmers Markets. We focus on seasonality and creativity for our almost 20 different flavors of hummus, from ramp to fire cider and truffle to black garlic we think provide something for everyone.
