Our Business is an Extension of my Brother Ernie Leija and myself.Born and raised in San Antonio Texas we were blessed to experience the festival of Southwestern food ,flavors from our MexicanAnd Mayan Indian heritage to the bold flavors Of the Texas Vaqueros ( Cowboys.)Our Mission and goal is to "Make food fun again" and give it a Texas taste using only Texas grown ingredients.

Ernie and I are brothers are from San Antonio Texas. We have extensive experience and a passion for Great good ,made from Freshly grown ,quality local ingredients.We both have been involved in the restaurant and food industry since 1974-75 respectively.Our food Goal is simple ; We are Texans that create food with ingredients Grown in Texas,by Partnering with local and community farms and grocers.We believe that food should not only be delicious and enjoyed but should also be fun as well Our aim is to celebrate folks living and surrounding our communities.Our current menu is a "Snap shot" of what we serve at some of the local events... Chili ,queso dip, corn tortilla chips and more! Our Motto is "Making food fun Again!"
