I started Coyote Kitchen as a fun outlet to use the skills I’ve developed as a pastry chef to make new, delicious pastries that are accessible to a wider range of diets. Coyote Kitchen currently offers a small array of original, scratch-made Biscakes, seasonal compotes and jams, caramels and chocolate sauces. Most recipes are plant-based and organic, with gluten-free options available too.

I’m a former school teacher and head pastry chef at a popular Nashville restaurant. I started Coyote Kitchen as a fun creative outlet and as a way to be more involved with the community. I would love to eventually see it grow into something that can support more local chefs’ creative ideas and do some charitable work.
