Threads by Dreads LLC is a Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise that designs bespoke clothing using responsible and ethically traded fabric and batiks. All of our merchandise is carefully crafted by experienced artisans in Accra, Ghana. We specialize in clothing for adults, children, home decor and accessories. Our goal is to create bespoke clothing for the socially conscious shopper that strives to look bold while making a difference. Ten percent of our pop-up event sales helps students complete their education in Ghana. We are proudly based in Nashville, TN.

was raised in a Ghanaian household as the last of three older siblings and was always learning something new. At a young age, I found myself to be curious enough to learn how to speak our native language (Ga), Ghana's history and beautifully rich culture.
Whenever I visit Ghana, I fall more in love. Each visit presents an opportunity for me to discover more about my ancestors, different cultures and the way of life in Ghana.
I couldn't resist sharing a piece of the Motherland with you. With each item that Threads by Dreads produces, represents a piece of culture, not just from Ghana, but a deeply rooted history from those that paved the way for me today. My wish is for you to fall in love with Threads by Dreads equally as I have during this historical journey.
