Prevail Bakehouse is a micro bakery that uses old world techniques to reestablish bread in the community. Prevail uses only organic and whole grain flours. Each loaf is thoughtfully fermented and leavened by captured wild yeast. Everything is baked in our wood-fired oven. Our flour comes from Lindley Mills in North Carolina. They mill our flour to order and provide only organic flours.
