We want to provide great tasting, healthy meat that is raised and transported humanly. Free of antibiotics, added hormones, nitrates, or MSG. We believe animals that live outdoors and are provided with a healthy diet, are naturally healthy, happy, and taste great. Sunshine, fresh air, exercise, and a stress free environment work wonders. We are also using some organic vitamin and mineral sources. This is not a claim to be organic, but we do believe it's another step in a good direction.
