We are a Nashville's newest and brightest ice cream truck! Specializing in sunshine and craft-made soft serve. Lightbox Ice Cream is owned by local private chef, Jason Russell and his wife. Try a new twist on the classic treat, seasonal and fun flavors rotated weekly and the toppings are just as fun as the ice cream itself. Non-dairy options available. Hannah and Jason Russell
Jason and Hannah are originally from Georgia but moved to Spring Hill in 2020. Jason is a classically trained chef and Hannah 's background is food marketing and branding. Together they have a heart for hospitality and spreading joy and light through ice cream.
