Ideal Fish is a Sustainable Seafood Initiative out of Waterbury CT. This is where we sustainably raise Branzino (Mediterranean Sea Bass) indoors using RAS Technology. We have centered our business model around providing a fresh product that is 100% traceable and the absence of chemicals, toxins, and plastics unlike sea cages. We are aiming to take the pressure off the wild stock so we can still enjoy wild caught fish and providing a cleaner product to the consumer.
