About
Lovemore Lavender Farm is owned and operated by the Loveless family in Owings, MD. The farm is been in operation since 1960's fist as a Tabaco Farm them as a Produce Farm. Lovemore Lavender Farm is located 45 minutes from Washington DC. We harvest our lavender plants in the summer to dry the flowers for buds and to extract the essential oil and hydrosol or floral water through steam distillation.
Veronica and mother Maria Loveless began growing lavender as a hobby on the farm and soon was making products for family and friends. Next, Veronica study and research ways to make lotions and bath products. They also sew items such as lavender pillows, eye masks, neck wraps and lavender-filled socks.

Production Practices
Lovemore Lavender Farm is a 15 acre, on Southern MD. We welcome you to wander the lavender fields, u-pick fresh lavender, try our culinary creation on our Tea Room our lavender trylavender ice cream and lemonade, and shop in our onsite gift shop filled with a complete line of culinary and body care items made from the lavender. There are also chickens pigs for the little ones to enjoy and many, many great photographic opportunities. Bring your picnic lunch and spend the afternoon!
