I make baking extracts. Currently, I have 9 flavors and another brewing! They include: Blueberry, Cherry, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Coffee, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla, Bourbon Vanilla and Rum Vanilla. Cranberry will be available later this year. Each is available in two sizes, 2 oz and 4 oz. I use only top shelf spirits and fruits & spices that are labeled organic, when available. Bakers may find my extracts to be a little stronger and have a longer shelf life, because I do not add water or any other ingredients.

I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. My career job, which began in St. Louis, took me to San Antonio, TX. After a very early retirement, I moved my family to Asheville, NC. Our next stop was Bentonville, AR before making our way to Edmond. We LOVE it here!!! I enjoy many different crafts and work part-time at our local yarn store; I've now learned the technique of dyeing yarn. I taught myself the art of making baking extracts and thrive on making unusual flavors.
