Spring Fed Family Farms is a family owned and operated small farm in Bristow, Oklahoma focused on nourishing the mind, body, and soil. We practice holistic land management with an emphasis on animal and farmer well-being, because happy farmers raise happy animals. We rotationally graze heritage breed pigs through the pastures and woods of our property, letting them root, graze, and wander as nature intended.
Our journey to farming evolved organically as we dove deeper into our personal health journeys which led us to growing our own gardens, realizing that our vegetables would only be as healthy as the soil they were growing in, and learning the importance of animals as a means to help heal and rejuvenate our soil.
Our mission at Spring Fed family farms is to educate, empower, and equip families with the knowledge and products needed in order to nourish and flourish.

Farmer Allie has been an animal lover all of her life. Her first love was dogs and when she found herself interning at a pig farm she quickly discovered how similar the species were and so began her love for pigs.
“People often ask how I can be a farmer and an animal lover. My response is always the same. I know that the animals raised under my care are living a better life than many humans on this planet. Every pig I raise I know I’m saving from the conventional model of factory farming and giving them a chance to live a life just as nature intended them to, ” Allie, The Pig Girl.
