Sweetie’s Strawberry – If you are a strawberry lover, here is the cheesecake we made for you. Starting with red, ripe strawberries, we cook them in a little bit of sugar until they are just right. We add just enough strawberries to our cheesecake to make you smile. Fresh strawberry juice is swirled into our batter and on the top. Our sweet, buttery crust is at the bottom of the jar.
