We keep the ingredients clean, simple, locally sourced, with an emphasis on quality. (Most of our produce comes from local farmers; Mattawoman Creek Farms, Kates Next Door Market & Sea Breeze Farms. We also grow our own organic herbs .) We're here to reintroduce southeastern Virginia to squash and onions, sweet potatoes, peanuts, local fruit, and other regional flavors. Even creamed onions and scalloped oysters. All wrapped up in the tastiest pie dough you've ever had!

I am a Virginia Beach Native who has returned to the area after twenty years. A majority of those years were spent in California where I had the lucky fortune to work for some of the best chefs in San Francisco; people who really set a national standard. For the past seven years, my husband Keith and I have specialized in pie; mainly hand pies, selling at farmers markets, private events, and pop-ups all over the country. We've lived in California, Vermont, and New Mexico, but what I missed most, and what I had the most interest in, were the foods of my home state..
