French Macarons

Description

We handcraft each and every macaron with love from our commercial kitchen in Longwood, FL. Our macarons take 5 days to make. We start with organic eggs and we let the egg whites age for two days. Then, we bake on the third day. We make all of our macarons in small batches with half the sugar. We use natural ingredients and locally sourced ingredients when ingredients are in season. We love to visit local markets to source the best raw ingredients to go into our products. We make everything from scratch. For example, we dry burn caramel the old fashioned way or we make lemon curd from local lemons when they're available. Once our macarons are baked, we pipe the filling into the macarons and let the osmosis happen for two days. Once this has completed, the macarons are perfect and ready for customers :)
