This is the most versatile of all of our varieties!
Unlike the San Francisco types, ours is a southern variety that holds a very distinct flavor with a full texture and moistness. The most common description from our customers is that is tastes like what grandma used to bake! Each loaf is baked from a 34 year old starter that employs two full risings: 18 –24 hours total. We do not add yeast or any synthetic preservatives. Plus, because it is naturally vegan.
