Our produce is all grown using the organic methods, no harmful sprays or chemical fertilizers. Our plants are healthy and happy and in full production. We have a variety of produce depending on the season. Our main crops are berries June - August, heirloom tomatoes June - September, chili peppers August - October, seedless grapes August - September, apples and pears, August - November. Then there are the other vegetables and fruits such as sugar snap peas, green beans, melons, pumpkins, persimmons, and figs, to name just a few, are all on the table through spring and summer. In the winter months we offer dried produce and preserved jams and pickles all made only from the produce grown in our garden. Along with fresh specialty citrus that has been grown in our green house, and marmalade made from them.

Production Practices
Non Gmo Perennial Crops Use Only Organic Materials Crop Rotation
We use non-GMO seed and plants, fertilized with organic matter and natural fertilizer. We use crop rotation in our vegetables for best results. We also only spray with natural sprays, no chemicals used. We use grass cover crops in our orchard and vineyard, when mowed it produces the humus needed for healthy trees and vines.
