And the owner/operator. I have a few people that do it that’s for us but I will most likely be the one operating. I started making kombucha myself and 2016 as a way to heal from some autoimmune issues and have been enjoying fermented foods ever since. We became a company about four years ago and are super excited to be providing to local stores and markets.
