Matteo's Salsa Loco

Aloha! My name is Matt Griffin, and I am the owner of a delicious Mexican cantina called Matteo’s Salsa Loco (Matteo’s) in Fenwick Island DE. In addition to creating scrumptious entrees and rich margaritas, I also have my own line of homemade hot sauces, seasoning rubs and custom designed apparel. Along with owning Matteo’s, I also own a sports bar in Clearwater, Florida called the Cowboy Corral Saloon. As a chef, and business owner, naturally I have other goals as well.

In the future, I would like to build upon my aspirations and expand my product line to the Dunedin, Florida market. There's a large variety of what I can provide as far as consumables: I have a Hawaiian shave ice machine to make delicious snowballs and a variety of flavors for families to enjoy along with homemade hot sauces, salsa and delicious taco salads. I’m normally in Dunedin Florida by thanksgiving, however, due to family issues with the pandemic, my arrival has been delayed to early March 2022. Given that, if you have space between March 3rd - April 30th, 2022, I would love to be a vendor. I have a 10 ft x 10 ft cabana tent to display my products and I will attach some pictures of my products and a peek of the display with this submission. To conclude, I would additionally be interested in the Sunday event in St. Petersburg, FL.
