I've always loved different kinds of food, especially experimenting with new foods and flavor profiles. I grew up in mid-Mo where different ethnic food options were kind of limited so I started teaching myself to cook in college. I've had many different jobs in my life but never really thought about selling or sharing my foods with anyone other than family and friends. Then during the pandemic, I got the opportunity to purchase a food trailer and went for it. I've loved making and sharing our vegan comfort foods with the COMO community and look forward to, hopefully, being part of Columbia Farmer's Market.
