Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a mom to three boys and one baby girl. I've been married to my husband John for 10 years, and we live in the historic district of McKinney, TX. After attending nursing school, I began to gravitate more toward nutrition, so I got my degree in nutrition in 2017. Since then I've used my knowledge and passion to help myself and others become healthier and happier. I prepare all my products in a commercial kitchen with the best ingredients I can find. I hope my products help you as much as they have helped my family.
