Jam

Our jam is made by a small local shop in Carlton Oregon called Republic of Jam. All our jam uses over 70% of our fruit and 30% sugar. Most jam is made with more sugar and less fruit. We believe this is the reason that our jams have more fruit flavor and much brighter color.
