This seasonal noodle bowl would feature our noodles tossed in our sauces with a few simple but well prepared vegetables that changed with the seasons and availability at the market. Eaters could add an egg. This would expand the idea of ramen beyond standards to a farmers market ethos where what you can source directly at the market informs what you serve. From a simple template there are endless variations.
