Bibim Sauce

Known is Korea as Bibim Guksu, this sauce has an addictive tanginess and heat from the combination of locally made Choi's gochujang--a fermented chile paste--rice vinegar, and local honey. It's especially great on cold noodle salads with crunchy vegetables and fruits like cucumber and Asian pear, but also tasty with hot noodles.
