Bucovina is a full service and takes away catering service for all types of events and occasions
Everything handmade, our menu offerings range from Holubetsy, iconic Ukrainian stuffed cabbage leaves, Pelmeni, Vareniki, Chicken cheese rolls, to desserts like Napoleon Kiev Cake with seventeen layers of smooth creamy custard alternating with sweet pastry crust.
Whether you are planning a social or corporate catering occasion, a chic or casual wedding reception, a tasteful charitable affair or a party in your home, we will help you create a modern or old world menu
Bucovina is also a small farm where: we raise Free-range Chickens layers and Broilers, Geese and Ducks.
We also grow some of the vegetables that are used in the food

Our catering takes its name, Bucovina, from the eastern European territory consisting of the northeastern Caprathian Mountains and the adjoining plain in the Ukraine. Bucovina, which means “Land of Beech Trees”, is where our chef Oksana Karcha grew up.
Her passion for cooking came from watching her mother and grandmother, both chefs, create delightful delicacies
