About

We are a 78 acre mixed power farm, using both Belgian draft horses & tractors for tilling & harvesting that focuses on crop rotation to increase the viability of our soil with minimal chemical impact. We have recently added a high tunnel to the property, to not only lengthen our growing season, but also diversify our vegetables to offer at market. Our sheep, hogs, & chickens are fed a grain ration that consists 66-75 % of grain grown on our farm. That grain consists not only of corn, but also of canola and sunflower meal that are a byproduct of pressing our homegrown cooking oils. As the first NH farm to grow and press canola & sunflowers for cooking oil, we grow non-GMO crops that, after harvested, are cold-pressed in our very own oilseed press, creating an unprocessed oil that retains all of the original qualities of the oil. Most importantly, the high content of Vitamin E as well as the high levels of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, which are essential for a healthy diet.
