Rounding out the 'Big Three' of our top--sellers (along with Vietnamese Chicken and Apple & Sage Pork sausages) this personal favorite is made with a blend of lamb and pork with ras el hanout spices (featuring allspice, cinnamon, clove, coriander, ginger and nutmeg), dried figs and balsamic vinegar. The overall flavor profile is similar to lamb kofta, with the additional figs and balsamic providing just an echo of sweetness. Pairs well with things like feta cheese, hummus and tabouli, but feel free to be inventive.
