About
The Etheridge family began their ranching operation in Williston, Florida in 1998. Brad Etheridge owns and oversees the ranch along with his wife, Shannon, who manages the office. The couple has two children, who help out on the ranch on a daily basis. The ranch also has ten full-time employees and many seasonal workers. Etheridge Cattle Company’s goal is to provide a safe, wholesome, local product that our customers will enjoy.

Pastured
Our cattle are rotated on pasture lots but are grain finished. We have a on-staff nutritionist that helps formulate our rations. All individuals working with the cattle hold a Beef Quality Assurance Certification to ensure all safe handling practices are used. Our product is also a Fresh from Florida product, being born, raised, and harvested right here in Florida.

I am a multi-generation Levy county farmer and rancher. We began ranching in 1999 in the sandhills of Levy county. I own and operate Etheridge Cattle Company along with my wife and two children. We have ten full-time, long term employees that help manage the cattle. From daily care and feeding to on farm sales, they are crucial part in our operation. In 2015, I came together with 12 other ranchers with the goal of producing Fresh from Florida beef. Then, Florida Cattle Ranchers was formed. We started out servicing food service and then later had the opportunity to provide our product farm direct through farmers markets and pop-up sales.
