Whole chicken, breasts, wings, thighs, and drumsticks

Our birds spend their entire lives (besides the brooding period which is when the chicks need to be under heat lamps), outside foraging for bugs, munching on grass, taking dust baths, and basking in the sun. They are supplemented with a fresh ground grain ration, grown & ground right here on the family farm.

Chickens are processed at a USDA inspected poultry facility.
