Pea Tendril Microgreens

Pea tendril microgreens have an enhanced traditional pea flavor with a touch of bitterness at the end. This variety of peas have a green stem with green leaves and tendrils. This microgreen variety is a bit more hearty and can be lightly sauteed if desired. Comes living on a 4 inch by 4 inch square hemp mat inside a food-safe, reusable tray. Water every 12 hours. Can last 1-2 weeks.

Seed is organic, non-gmo from true leaf market. Hemp mat is from Terrafibre. Water is ph balanced with Safergro (omri certified for organic use)
