Wasabi Mustard Microgreens

Wasabi Mustard microgreens have the traditional wasabi mustard flavor. This microgreen does have spice to the flavor and is considered one of the spicier mustards that we grow. They have a white stem with green leaves. Comes living on a 4 inch by 4 inch square hemp mat inside a food-safe, reusable tray. Water every 12 hours. Can last 1-2 weeks.

Seed are non-gmo from true leaf market. Hemp mat is from Terrafibre. Water is ph balanced with Safergro (omri certified for organic use)
