Kohlrabi Microgreens

Kohlrabi belongs to the brassica family and has a broccoli and cabbage flavor. These microgreens have a deep purple stem with green leaves. Comes living on a 4 inch by 4 inch square hemp mat inside a food-safe, reusable tray. Water every 12 hours. Can last 1-2 weeks.

Seed are non-gmo from true leaf market. Hemp mat is from Terrafibre. Water is ph balanced with Safergro (omri certified for organic use)
