Grapefruit Matcha Fresca

Grapefruit Matcha Fresca is a collaboration drink with Lasarina a Mexican Refreshment Company based out of Lakeland Florida. We came up with this drink for an event at the Buena Market and the people fell in love with it. So we made sure to keep it on the menu. The Grapefruit Agua-Fresca is nice and sweet, we are able to find a healthy balance to take out the bitterness in Grapefruit.

Honey and Himalayan Salt paired with grapefruit slices, topped over with ceremonial-grade matcha.
