JKs Mini Delights

With a combined 25+ years of experience in the service industry, JKs Mini Delights was forged by 3 close friends with a taste for sweet and savory. For a few years, each of us brought a sweet or savory homemade treat to our weekly Wednesday night gathering to share while relaxing outside of work.

After sharing the leftover sweets with our co-workers, family, and friends we received rave reviews and suggestions we should sell them, thus JKs Mini Delights came to life. With recipes in hand, we were able to find a bakery in St. Petersburg to support our baking standards.

We sell our mini delights at local fairs, street markets, and for private catering events. We recently decided to add mini stuffed breads. We always have seasonal and specialty mini items throughout year.

We taste everything we sell so we can ensure that consumers get delicious, quality, product, or we don’t sell it.
