Aged cheeses

Each week Fluffy Bottom features various aged cheeses...from a rich, sharp Cheddar to a lusty Manchego to a beautiful, raw cheese that is a cold processed cheese resembling a Monterey Jack (a raw cheese cannot be called Monterey Jack, so we affectionately call ours, "Big House Jack." The cheesemakers at Fluffy Bottom take great joy in creating and aging these beautiful cheese, and in offering them to marketers.
