We are a woman owned an operated business located in Niskayuna NY. We import small batch premium organic extra virgin olive oil directly from Greece. We have a relationship with a consortium of local organic farmers and the mill that processes our oil. We are onsite during the harvest and milling of our EVOO. The olives are collected early in the season while they are less ripe, green and small. This yields the best oil with the highest levels of anti-oxidants and polyphenols.
