I grew up with a mediterranean heritage and always enjoyed mediterranean cooking. FancyFilo, Tasty Mediterranean Delicacies, was founded with the intention of sharing my love of cooking and flavors with the world. I create both savory and sweet treats all made with a foundation of filo dough.

I am a Mom of two beautiful girls who have gone off to find their way in the world. Leaving me with time to pursue and craft my dreams. Growing up with Middle Eastern parents, I have a fondness for all things Mediterranean...food, music, culture, art...I decided to combine my love of cooking with my heritage to create Fancy Filo. A business based on Mediterranean cooking using Filo dough - that wonderfully flaky pastry used to create so many sweet and savory dishes.
